1. General Information of Sodium Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose(CMC-Na)

Sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) is widely used in printing and dyeing, with a high cost ratio compared with sodium alginate. The products of Fushixin CMC in printing paste are equipped with the following traits:

(1) Good viscosity stability;

(2) Good evenness of substitution degree distribution;

(3) Good fluidity of solution and excellent fluidity in the color paste system;

(4) High washing rate in the process of printing and dyeing.

2. Application and procedure of Sodium Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose(CMC-Na)                                 

(1) Textile sizing

CMC sizing can make the warp smooth, wear resistant and soft, so as to improve the loom production. The warps and cotton cloth pulped is very light, non-perishable, non-moldy and easy to keep. On account that the CMC sizing rate is lower than grain, it is unnecessary to desize for the cotton fabric printing and dyeing.

(2) Textile dyeing

CMC is not easy to react with reactive dyes in dyeing and printing. With good paste rate, stable storage, large structural viscosity and good water retention, it is suitable for the round net, flat net and manual printing. With good rheological property, CMC is more applicable in fine pattern printing of hydrophilic fabric than sodium alginate and the actual printing effect can be comparable to that of the latter. Thus CMC can be used in place of sodium alginate or mixed used in printing paste.

3. Packing and Shipping                                                                                                                                

CMC is packed in 25 kg kraft bags with pallets.
