1. General Information of Optical Brightening Agent PF                                          

Chemical Name: 1,2-bis(5-methyl-2-benzoxazole)-ethylene

PROPERTY:

This product has good effect in whitening polyster fiber under low temperature. The liquid products made of it are widely used in printing and dyeing industry. It has excellent fastness to light and chlorine-resistant property. It also has good effect in whitening plastic products such as PE,PP,PS, ABC and PVC, especially plastics under low and middle temperature( 130-180℃) as well as coating, printing ink, and print.

2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightening Agent PF                                                

Optical brightener PF-3 is mainly used in increasing the brightening and beauty of PVC,PS,PP,polyester film, high or low voltage PE,ABS, organic glass, business card,high quality paper,etc..

(1) (relative to weight of materials to be whitened)

(2) Temperature and time (30 minutes, 160℃; one minutes, 180-190℃)

(3) The product may be firstly dissolved by using plasticizer and then grinded into suspension liquid by triple-roller mill. Uniformly add the suspenstion liquid to plastics which will be whitened under proper temperature(150-180℃)

3. Packing and Shipping                                                                                                                                

Optical Brightening agent PF-3 is packed in 25 kg plastic drums with pallets.
