1. General Information of Silicone Anti-foaming agent

PROPERTY:

(1) Silicone defoamer is a white milky liquid. It is mainly made up of defoamer, and combined with emulsifying agent, stabilizing agent and other auxiliaries. With good dispersibility in water system, it could adsorb on the surface of foam to reduce foam surface tension so as to break foam quickly.

(2) It is a kind of unique structure of the new special silicone defoaming agent, has fast defoaming and persistent foam suppression performance.

(3) It has good compatibility, can be used for nonionic, anion and cation system.

(4) It has very strong acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant

2. Application and procedure of Silicone Anti-foaming agent                                                              ​ 

(1) This product is a kind of special foaming agent for pulp,silicon as the main material, with high efficiency, good dispersion of additives. It can quickly eliminate foam produced by lignin, adhesive resin, resin and other surface active agent,obvious effect in pulping, pulp washing, paper sizing, with excellent defoaming capability, less dosage, low price, convenient and no late pollution.

(2) directly add or dilute with 1-5 times water in the slurrying or pulp washing process.

(3) adding amount is 0.01% - 0.3% of the water system, according to the scene situation then adjust the dosage.

(4) If dilute, it must be used up within a short time

3. Storage & Handing                                                                                                                                  

The product will be packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic tanks .And the storage conditions is shady, cool, dry and above 0℃. Its shelf life is 6 months

It is packed in 25kg kraft bags
