Substance Name:

2,2'-(1,2-Ethenediyl)bis[5-[[4-(diethylamino)-6-[(2,5-disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]benzenesulfonic acid] hexasodium salt

SPECIFICATIONS:

PROPERTY:

(1) Good resistance to hard water, the ions of Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ have no influence on its whitening effect.

(2) Good resistance to peroxide bleach agent and containing reductive bleaching agent (sodium hydrosulfite)

(3) Good acid-resistance and the optimal applied pH value >7

2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightener 357

(1) Used in the process of surface gluing.

(2) Used in the process of coating

3. PROCEDURE:

(1) Addition to the pigment coating mixtures: adding in any stage of building coating material. Good performance with the carrier of CMC, PVA and starch. Usual dosage: 0.2-2.0% on dry white pigment.

(2) Addition via size press: combined with starch, PVA and other products for surface sizing. Usual dosage: 0.005-0.02%

4. Packing and Shipping

Optical Brightener 357 is packed in 25 kg, 50 kg ,200 kg or 1000kg plastic drum.
