2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightener BC-116

The use quantity of artificial leather, advertising leather, shoe leather and sofa leather is becoming bigger and bigger with the reform and opening up development. Chinese shoes and BOX & PACK go to the world, however, fluorescent whitening agent has made the finishing point in these varieties. The application of fluorescent whitening agent in these varieties has greatly improved apprearance and product quality, which greatly attracts customer's purchasing powder

It is especially suitable for the whitening and brightening PVC/PS series of products.

Also suitable for the whitening of thermoplastic plastics, rubber, coating, printing inks and synthetic fiber.

Suggested dosage:

PVC: white 10-15g transparent: 0.1-1g

PS: white 1-50g transparent 0.1-1g

ABS: 10-50g(to remove the natural yellow in ABS)

All those above are proposed dosage, experiments shall be conducted to confirm the optimum dosage if there are any uncertainty about the dosage of variety.

Optical Brightener is packed in 25 kg kraft bag with pallets.
