1. General Information of Optical Brightener EBF (C.I. 185)

(1) The degree of fastness to light resistance may reach level 7-8

(2) It is excellent in resistance to washing and chloride bleaching

(3) It has excellent property in resistance to hard water and alkaline

(4) It is compatible with whitening agents of other structures.

2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightener EBF

The product is a kind of whitening agent for polyster commonly used at home and abroad, including two types (powder type and liquid type). The powder product are very suitable for whitening and brightening various plastic products, such as PE/PP/PS/ABS/PMMA as well as whitening coating, acetate fiber, chinlon and polyvinyl chloride fiber. The liquid products are generally used in dyeing and printing industry with the content of 10%, suitalbe for such process as dip dyeing and pad dyeing

EBF(liquid type) is used for whitening polyster or blending products of polyster and fiber. Methods llike high temperature and high pressure dip dyeing method, low temperature absorption setting method and pad dyeing method can be used. In general, the use quantity is 0.2-0.8%

EBF( powder type) has excellent effect in whitening and brightening plastic products and staple fiber, and the quantity is 0.02-0.05%.

3. Packing and Shipping

Optical Brightener EBF is packed in 25 kg kraft bag with pallets.
