1. General Information of Sodium Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose(CMC-Na)

2. Application and procedure of Sodium Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose(CMC-Na)                                 

CMC as the semi-biopolymer of water solubility has very good thickening, emulsification, excipient, puffing, stability and antiseptic effects, thus can be widely applied in food, lactic acid milk and acid beverages.

With functions of thickening, suspension and salt-tolerance, food-grade CMC can evenly stabilize the seasoning, such as soybean sauce and jam, eight treasure porridge and fruit flesh beverages, and increase texture. The recommended dosage is 0.3%-0.8%.

With its own shape forming and adhesiveness, is used in instant noodles, biscuits and frozen pastries to increase resilience, smooth surface, improve taste and decrease breakage. The recommended dosage is 0.25%-0.4%.

CMC is packed in 25 kg kraft bags with pallets.
