1. General Information of Optical Brightening Agent FP-127  (C.I. 378)                                              

Chemical Name: 4,4-bis(o-methoxy styryl)-biphenyl

SPECIFICATIONS:

PROPERTY:

(1) Fewer consumption, high whiteness, pure colored light, excellent heat-resistant performance and high anti-migration fastness

(2) Extremely good effect in whitening artificial leather products; free from yellowing and fading after long-term storage.

(3) Compatible with PVC, PS and has excellent effect in whitening PVC,PS

(4) The product has low toxicity,  and can be suitalbe for whitening plastic product for food package and toys for children.

2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightening Agent FP-127                                                      

It is used for whitening and brightening various plastic products, coating, printing ink, synthetic fiber( good fastness to light for nylon fiber after it is whitend), household eletronical appliances, electronic products, packing materials.

Dosage:

Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC)   for whitening  10-50g    for making materials transparent 0.1-1g

Polystyrene(PS)               for whitening  10-50g    for making materials transparent 0.1-1g

ABS                         10-50g ( remove the inherent yellow of ABS)

Other plastics     for whitening and brightening 0.01-0.05%
