1. General Information of Optical Brightening Agent BBU(220)

Substance Name:

tetrasodium4,4'-bis[[4-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-6-(4-sulphonatoanilino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]stilbene-2,2'-disulphonate]

SPECIFICATIONS:

PROPERTY:

(1)  Easily dissolved in water at room temperature.

(2)  Compared with other products, BBU has better sunlight fastness and alkaline- resistance.

(3)  Excellent acid-resistance and excellent whitening effect even in low pH value solution.

2. Application and procedure of Optical Brightening Agent BBU                                                       

(1) Used for cotton fiber and glue fiber.

(2) Used in the syrup of discharge pattern of printing color.

(3) Used in paper pulp.

(4) Used in the process of surface gluing.

(5) Used in the process of coating.

3. PROCEDURE:                                                                                                                                        

Bath temperature is about 60℃, holding time is about 10-20 minutes, bath ratio is 1:20, vapour steaming about 45 minutes, the dosage is 0.1-0.5%.

Optical Brightening agent BBU is packed in 25 kg kraft bag with pallets.
