2. Application and procedure of Sodium Trimetaphosphate/STMP                                           

Used as starch modifier , turbidness-preventing agent for fruit juice and drinks, water-holding agent for meat processing, water softener, adhesive agent and dispersing agent for meat, and stabilizer for ice cream, cheese and other dairy products for the sake of protecting food from discoloring and decomposing of vitamin C.The adding amount of this product in food processing is 2-4%

It should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in the open air, kept away from water, moisture and sunlight during transport, handled with care, so as to avoid damage to plastic bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous.
