1. General Information of Silicone Anti-foaming agent

(3) High efficiency, less amount of dosage;

(4) Suitable for both aqueous foaming system and polar solvent(Dimethylformamide, methanol, ethanol,etc) foaming system

2. Application and procedure of Silicone Anti-foaming agent                                                              ​ 

It is recommended for a wide variety of aqueous processes, including the following:

(1)Fermentation processing;

(2)Potato crisp production process;

(3)Low foam washing formulations;

(4)Monosodium glutamate production process;

(5)Brewing;

(6)Agricultural production process.

(7) as a processing aid for polar solvent foaming system.

3. Usage                                                                                                                                                        

For maximum efficiency and economy, we recommend the antifoam be diluted with 2~4 fold water before use, adding water slowly to the foam with continual agitation, then the product can disperse completely in the foaming system. Recommended dosage is 0.01% of the foaming system, observe the defoaming effects, and add more as appropriate

4. Packing and Shipping                                                                                                                                

(1) The product is usually kept in metal pails and net weight of each pail is 200 kg, special packages are available based on customers’ requirement.

(2) Store it in ≥5℃ rooms, shelf life is 1 year. When storing it in low temperature, if solidification appears, please heat it. After melting, stir it evenly, that will not affect its performance.
